I’m just an average Brit who has found happiness through riding a bike, so much so that I’m completely obsessed with it and love helping people “feel” what I “feel” when I cycle - hence the Weekly Cycle! Every Sunday you will receive the updated program. It will tell you the sessions you should complete in the upcoming week. The sessions should be done in numerical order but you can fit them around your schedule. Information on any community rides happening that week (mainly in Tallinn, or wherever I happen to be travelling) will also be included. There are two programs; Beginner and Advanced. The beginner plan is for you if you are new to cycling, want to get fitter and just enjoy riding. The plan has 3 sessions per week, and aims to improve your general fitness on the bike so you can ride faster and have confidence in your fitness. The advanced plan is for you if you want to be able to ride 100km + comfortably (i.e. not have to spend a week on the sofa afterwards). You’ll need 6 hours + per week and complete 5 training sessions. Follow this plan and you will see progressive improvements. The programming is not for a specific event and will be based on just generally improving your fitness on the bike.
